Wellbeing Interventions

LSA is committed to providing a secure and supportive environment in which students can develop and continue their maturity as responsible citizens. We are dedicated to supporting all of our students throughout their time at LSA. If a student is feeling stressed, anxious, alone or sad, they can reach out to any trusted adult within LSA - whoever they feel most comfortable talking to. We are dedicated to supporting all of our students throughout their time at LSA.

Students can also make a self referral to access further intervention by talking with their tutor or Professional and Pastoral Development Lead. This could lead to specialist support. Alternatively, you can speak to the Designated Safeguarding Leads:

Rafael Alleyne: Assistant Principal - Director of Inclusion/Designated Safeguarding Lead

Kim Bayley: Pastoral Manager/Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead

To specifically support mental health at LSA, we offer:

 - Art Therapy

 - Talking Therapies: Group Therapy, Drop-in therapy, bereavement support and long term appointments

 - Dance Therapy
