Post Production

The Post Production pathway focuses on the areas that are applied after a film or episode has been shot, such as editing and visual effects (VFX) and also includes animation. You will also enhance your camera skills to support all Post Production.

Post Production is one of the most in-demand departments in the industry. Almost every film or TV show you watch has some sort of VFX, whether it’s a full-on superhero epic, or subtle background replacement to change the weather!

In the Post Production pathway, you will learn and develop your technical and storytelling skills to cut together filmed material, working to bring out an emotional response from your audience. As well as editing, you will learn about the rapidly growing industries of VFX and animation, focusing on 2D and 3D animation. If you love the idea of creating new worlds and bringing unique characters to life, this is the pathway for you!
