craft
The Craft department focuses on multiple art and design disciplines within a film and TV Craft department. In our course, you will be introduced to Art Direction, Costume, Hair + Makeup, as well as Camera for Craft.
A Craft Department is often the largest on a Film or TV set and is one of the most in-demand in the industry. Craft includes making things such as built sets, props, puppets, models and miniatures. It also includes costumes, hair, makeup and prosthetics that are created, from minor cuts to full body suits. If you love being hands-on and the idea of defining characters through their dress, makeup or the sets they are on, this is the pathway for you!
